VOTE IN THE JUNE 10TH PRIMARY
Dear 11th Congressional District Constituents:
I have contributed my time and energy to causes that I truly believe in since before I was even eligible to vote. I became a Physical Therapist because it is a profession that helps people and gives them hope. My commitment to patient care has led me to work with infants and the elderly; my belief that every American deserves the highest quality care, regardless of their means, has led me to volunteer my time to that end.
It is with this same commitment that I have volunteered for over 15 years to improve the environment and leave my children with a better place to live. As a mother and member of this community, it is with this same commitment that I have volunteered in the schools.
It is also with this commitment that I have volunteered since the age of nine for the Democratic Party. I promise you that, as your Representative in Congress, it is with this same commitment that I will serve you.
This is a very important election because we are in the midst of a sea of change in thinking. We have all seen what seven years of the Bush presidency has done to health care, education, the environment and the United States’ international reputation. I urge you to vote in the June 10th Democratic Primary and be part of making that change happen. When you do, I hope you will conclude that my commitment to represent you and the community’s interests, not the special interests, makes me the best Democratic candidate.
